We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The size and ambience of the suite were perfect for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the MIMA kids center where the staff were exceptional. The restaurant staff was also very good and provided excellent service. The value for money was unbeatable, as everything from the food to the services to the kids club was really great. We will definitely consider coming back in the future.

Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast spread with an impressive selection of fresh juices and fruits. The hotel offers easy access to local transportation and is located in a convenient area for business travelers. The gym facilities were also satisfactory, making it easy to maintain an exercise routine during my busy stay.
The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which was frustrating for staying connected during work hours. The noise level from surrounding streets was also somewhat disruptive to sleep.

Luxury at its best! This hotel provides exclusive amenities that cater to high-end travellers. From the grand outdoor swimming pool to the peaceful garden area, this venue is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. I loved the relaxing spa lounge, beauty treatments, and Turkish bath, which was exceptional. the hotel also offers live entertainment, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring my needs were always met. the location is stunning, providing direct access to the beach front and public bath.
The only negative aspect I experienced was limited options for dinner, as the buffet breakfast was a repetitive affair, and dinner service was cut off early. Nevertheless, the hotel offered special diet menus, and the variety and taste of the food were excellent.

The hotel had beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. the variety of food options was impressive and there were plenty of pools to relax by. Best aspects: We enjoyed the lovely gardens and the fact that the food was fresh and diverse. the hotel was also conveniently located near the town center and the beach.
The quality of entertainment was not up to the standards expected. the language barrier proved problematic as many of the employees didn't speak English well.
